I Seenivasan, I also owner of shop in Pune but living in Delhi. My tenent is not paying the rent for last 5 months and he has locked the premise and fleed. Can you give me some input as how should I proceed on this? I am planning to send the legal notice to him for vacating the shop. It is very disappointing that after doing all hardwork I manged to buy a shop and now someone is just using it free of cost. It seems that law favours those who want to live free of cost and punish those who work hard.
