Has the company given you letter of termination order, duly signed by competent authority?

Usually this is a tactical approach of company/HR. They might be looking for an opportunity to trap you in some kind of negotiation.

Did the company ask to resign?

If you handle the situation carefulyy, you may be able to score over the company, however complete detail is required. Seperation is either initiated by employee or employer and the burden of proof to establish lies upon the one who initiates it.Do you have the POD of submission of resignation.

Is there any issue of misconduct/financial misconduct .......................? After employee has tendered notice of resignation, till last day in office/acceptance of resignation resulting in relieving employee remains employee and like any other normal employee norms etc shall remain applicable on the employee.

Pls provide specific details.
