i HAVE BOOKED A RAILWAY TICKET FROM BANASWADI TO KANNUR - TRAIN NO 16527 - YASHWANTPUR KANNUR EXPRESS - AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WAITING LIST WAS 299/300/301 . IT WAS BOOKED ON 21/10/2014 FOR TRAVEL DATE 07-11-2014. I COULD NOT CONFIRMED TICKET FINAL WL NO . WAS 3/4/5.
ON 6TH MORNING I TRIED TO BOOK TICKET THROUGH THATKAL FACILITY. THATKAL OPENING TIME IS 10AM . IT WAS OPENED AT 10.01 FOR BOOKING, IMMEDIATELY I ENTERED REQUIRED DATA FOR BOOKING. I GOT A MESSAGE FROM BANK THAT TICKET AMOUNT IS DEBITED AT 10.03 AM SOON I SAW ON THE SCREEN NO TICKET AVAILABLE. I WAS CHECKING THATKAL AVAILABLE TICKET , IT WAS 249 NOS. WHEN IT OPENED BOOKING IT WAS 149, THAT MEANS 100 TICKET IS BOOKED. AM NOT CLEAR HOW 100 TICKET GOT BOOKED AND BALANCE 149 WHO BOOKED IN 2 SECONDS. IT SEEMS THERE IS SOME AGENTS ALONG WITH OFFICIALS ARE DOING SOME MISCHIEF.
ABOVE IS NOT FIRST INCIDENT. I HAVE TRIED AGAIN BOOKING THE TICKET ON 8TH MORNING WHEN I CHECKED THATAKAL TICKET AVAILABLE WAS 215 NOS. AFTER OPENING THATKAL BOOKING I TRIED TO BOOK, THE SAME WAY MONEY GOT DEBITED IN BANK AND MESSAGE CAME NO TICKET AVAILABLE.
WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER TO UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS SO THAT PUBLIC IS CLEAR HOW IT IT IS HAPPENING.
I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO ARE THESE TICKET BOOKED PERSONS AND WHOSE ACCOUNT TICKET AMOUNT GOT DEBITED.
I WOULD LIKE TO GET THESE INFORMATION FROM THE RAILWAY.
