first court will why you need divorce and then will order notice to the parties 

After filing the divorce petition filed by you, the court will take up to here from your side (it is only formal hearing), then issue order for notice and fix the next date of hearing.  But, you without waiting for the next date, immediately after the order for notice issued, file the process fee form (within seven days from the date of order) and the court will send it before the next date of hearing.
