Title Clear certificate-Basic Rules

An authority who may be a person also, if he is giving title clear certificate, it means he has checked all the revenue record/papers and all other types of related papers/records with concerned authorities, required as per the nature of the property for not less than past 13 years and there are no encrumbances on present date upon that property, means the owner has a clear and marketable title.
