Can anyone please help regarding knowing the applicability of Trade License on a NGO/Society registered under the Indian Societies Registration act, 1860, operating from gurgaon from past 2 years. Is there any requirement of Gurgaon Fire department that the Tenant of the premise need to take Trade License based on whcih the Landlord can then apply for the Fire NoC.
