respected sir,
i live in a jt. family in a tenant house which is going for redevelopment. i want the new rent receipt and sale deed to be executed in the name of four family members of my family but the builder and developer says only one family members name will be there in new rent receipt/ temporary alternate accommodation agreemment and in sale deed. we have to pay extra charges to include names of remaining three family members. so is there any rule that only one name can be registered in the above mentioned documents? pls advise urgenlty?
