I have queries regarding TRP(C) divorce case lodged in HC. Final hearing concluded in case in Jan 2017. Order sheet copy of final hearing is received but Judgment copy not received till date. Advocate says no Judgment is issued in TRP(C) cases as these are summary trials and only lower courts give Judgments.
a) Can i know whether Judgment is written in such cases.
b) If point a answer is Yes , rules regarding Judgment for the above and how many months does it take to issue Judgment and what can i do to get a copy of Judgment from Court.
