Try to deny divorce from my partner

Hi,

I got married 2 years back.Now i am having one girl child(10 months old).After my child birth my husband can see my daughter only once in hospital.After that he is not coming.He is so much egostic person.Some misunderstanding bettween me and him.Now he is asking divorce.But i dont want to give divorce.But till now we didn't come to court.We are living separely. I called him lot of times.But his way of talking is very bad.

I dont want to give divorce to him.I am willing to live with him. My question is at any cast court will give divorce if any one from partner is asking divorce.

No , its a long procedure. If one partner is not ready for divorce, and if your husband doesn't have strong grounds or reason for divorce then it is not easy for him to get divorce. You can appeal to court for mediation and counselling, and court will support you for that. so don't worry, you can file for RCR also, that reconcilliation of your marriage. So before divorce you will be given lot of chances to prove urself. Moreover you will be given chance to speak to your husband , court doesn't like breaking marriages, so you will be getting the support.

Best option is re-conciliation through friends and relatives or through pre-litigation meditation but many times it do not work. In my case i tried my best for last 8-9 motnhs to re-concile with wife through her relatives, friends etc. but she is not ready and not ready to even go mediation and also not ready to give divorce although she had conveyed through her reltives that i can take divorce and get married again. PLEASE ADVISE WHAT TO DO ? I WANT RECONCILATION BUT CAN'T ACCEPTY HER UNDUE DEMANDS BUT KEEP PROMISE HER FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL SECURITY BY ALL THE MEANS. THANKS
