Uncertain property situation

Hi,

My grandmother and grandfather had a house in Delhi. Grandfather passed away a few years back and grand mother, couple of years back. She had 4 sons, of which two passed away long back
Of the two presently living sons, one is living in his own house in East Delhi with his daughter and wife. The other is living in grandmother's house since starting with wife and 1 son and a daughter.
Of the 2 sons who died, one was single and had no depedents, for the other son who passed away, I am his son and I also have a brother(married) and mother.

Now, we are uncertain whether my uncle who was living with my grandmother had some will signed by my grandmother forcefully or not. We want to go 'ahead with the partition between the 3 families but the uncle does not seem very receptive.

Can someone advice for the way forward.

I am highly indebted for any advice that comes along.

It is believed that you are Hindu.

Confirm!

The property was in whose name: Grandfather or Grandmother?

Is it self earned/acquired or ancestral?
