Please advise me in this regard.
whether Rs.1000 should be the basic salary for exemption under CPC 1908 and whether it applies even to section 60(1)(ia) also?
Is the provision 60(1)(ia) to be read as a continuation of 60(1)(i) or separate? whether 60(1)(ia) have basic salary exemption of Rs.1000 or not?
Please help me I am confused
