Urgent: contract after company take over

Dear All,

I am a first year law student and I am working on a case and I need some case laws or statute to support my arguments. Suppose there are three companies, company A, B and C. Company A supplies cranes to Company B for some amount paid in installments every year. After some years, Company C takes over B and stops making payments while Company A continues sending cranes. I am arguing from the side of company A.

Please reply to this forum urgently.

Regards,
