We are a public charitable trust more than 100 years building. the building is in a fully damaged stage. we have obtained court permission to sell the property. but the tenants are refusing to vacate. since tamilnad Building act exempts all property owned by charitable trust what should be our move and how long will it take to vacte the tenants who are not protected by the rent control act
