We stay in Bangalore. As in, is it mandatory to probate the will in Bangalore jurisdiction?

if in bangalore no need to probate

The locations in which it is mandatory to probate the WILL has already been posted.

At Bangalore it is not mandatory to probate the WILL.

It is better to register the WILL.

The authority under whose jurisdiction the property falls may ask for NOC from all legal heirs.

If there is no NOC the WILL may have to be probated.

Look into the procedure and process and all pros and cons.
