Want clarification on Hindu Succession Act
My uncle died leaving no will. He does not have legal heir in Class 1
Under class 2 , he is survived by a brother and his pre-deceased sister's children.
Now my question is ........
whether the sister’s children are entitled to his moveable and immoveable property or only his brother entittled to it exclusively?
