respected all ...i m boy and fighting divorce case from last 5 years , at the initial stage girl demanded divorce and alimony and stree dhan .girl submitted list of stree dhan. but the list is not correct .but i also submitted the list of her things .and also said that i want to return stree dhan .. but they always ask stree dhan in court ,,,but when i said i also want to return it . they never accpt ..is there any law that i want to return her things like furniture and other clothes items ..how can i return it ??she lives in other city . wats the procedure of returning stree dhan , even girl side is not accpting it.. but i have no place to store those things and even things are deteriorating...tell me the law .. i want to return her things asap..her advocate is not ready to take things back...plz let me know the procedure how to return her things back ..???????
