What is chapter case against woman?

As one of my Lady Friend is the victim of false chapter case. Her husband (dump and deaf) has filed false chapter case against her. He has claimed as below: 1) She was with some person on bike and her husband has seen them together, then after both she and that unknown person has hurt her husband. (He has filed false chapter case against her) 2) He also has filed false case against that unknown person. Please tell me what is the chapter case claimed by husband against his wife and what will be the punishment of it??

"Chapter case" usually refers to a proceeding conducted under Chapter 8 of the Criminal Procedure Code (from Section 106 to Section 124). This Chapter relates to taking bond for keeping peace or good behavior. In your case (though you've not provided full details), PERHAPS, Section 107 may be being applied, which is basically for keeping peace, i.e., to ensure that there is no breach of peace or that public tranquality is not disturbed.
