What is the procedure to cancel a gpa?

Hi,

We live in abroad, we made a sale in 2006 regarding a land property in Hyd,India. Since we cannot come for registration at that time, my husband gave GPA to his cousin brother to  register the property on my husband's  name.It was done.  We are visiting India shortly, so we would like to know the procedure, required documents to cancel the GPA on that particular property. I would appreciate if I get help on the below questions -

1) Does the person(to whom we gave the GPA ) is needed during the cancellation process of GPA?

2)Are any documents needed that we should take them to Registration office during the cancellation?

3)Would there be any fees for the cancellation of GPA?

4)We do not have original Power of Attorney documents with us right now. Is that okay?. We have the original land registration documents with us. Is that enough?

5)Is there anything else that we should do, to acquire all the rights on that property.

I really appreciate if I can get accurate answers for my questions. Thanks in advance.

ROR is nothing but Record Of Rights ie.7/12 extract, property card.fresh means obtained not before 3 months.
