Inspite of the above letter, Consumer Forums in Mumbai, NCDRC or MS-CDRC or the Principal Secretary of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Maharashtra State have not taken remedial action. What is the remedy?

Due to my sustained complaints atleast 4 Presidents of Bandra Consumer Forum were asked to to resign. One was transferred.  But Mr. JL Deshpande, President of Consumer Forum 1 and Member Mrs. D.S. Bidnurkar, who gave a deliberately wrong judgment  in KLM Case no. 531 of 2008 continue, though Mrs. Suman Mahajan, President, of Consumer Forum 2, who passed a deliberately distorted  order in my Car Case no. 44 of 2005 was recently relieved.

But the Review of my Cases remain.  Consumer Courts because of corrupt lawyers have become Fish markets. A President of the Bar Association of the Consumer Courts in Mumbai was arrested by the ACB,
but he continue to practice through his lawyer daughter as he got more corrupt clients knowing his status. That is Mera Bharat Mahan.

I think I have given enough to all Members and to those who are against the growing corruption in the Judiciary to chew today.  I will await for honest and specific replies from other learned members. Thanks in advance.

Dear Dr. Rebello,

Here in Delhi also, I gathered the evidence of dishonest and corrupt means adopted by a president of consumer court.  What he has done, he wrapped up entire proceedings right from filing of consumer complaint (in collusion with the opposite party) to the delivery of judgment in favour of opposite party who happens to be a builder with in 30 days only whereas more than 30 days' time was given to the OP only for filing of written statement.  All the five hearings which were made in the case, were made only by the President.  Even on a single day, the evidence of both the parties were filed, arguments were heard by President alone and judgment was reserved.  On the next date i.e. after one week, only only the judgment was delivered but copy of order was dispatched also by speed post.  Now, the said president stands retired and leading a happy retired life putting the interest of an innumerable  consumers at stake.  What remedy do you suggest in order i) to get the order passed by the president dishonestly & ii) to get him punished for corruption
