Alimony can be claimed and allowed on the basis of the wealth/financial condition/property of the mentally ill person to financially compensate the wife at the time of divorce.

Third class fellow.  When you dont want to give solution, why do you even reply?  When things can be solved at lower court you want the party to approach high court? Chutiya he key run d da olda?

This is how litigants are made to run all over the place due to blood sucking lawyers.

That is what you are ,you defined youself in a best way...I feel pity on you .Trust me even i can smell you frustration and really i am sorry for you.
