Whether new proposed marraiage law another whip to husbands?

Aishwarya, why do you think that people would not have tried all possible avenues to their problems before filing divorce? People only reach the very difficult option of divorce after all other solutions to their issues have reached an impasse which cannot be breached.. And hence makes their's a dead marriage which should be ended asap. This is true for almost all divorces..

But still how does one think or see that all possible measures have been taken to resolve the conflict, i hope their is no yardstick to measure such actions, we may think that we've done got over with our part tried alot..

but still there could be many other things tht could be done rather than reaching the final option of divorce..it becomes the one and only answer to all conflicts all issues..to end an unhappy marriage ..which means that both the parties are not happy with each other..rather than imposing the unhappiness cultivated on part of the other, one should focus to create happiness for self and others..we know tht he is not happy she is not happy with behavior, some other issues, or temperament..but that will again happen with the other person it happens everywhere,at workplace with friends, parents..everywhere..the catch here is which i beleive in to give happiness to each other..rather than expecting the other to give u always which actually all the married couples believe to be ..it doesnt work really well ..no one wishes to struggle or compromise whatsoever , and then to expect happiness and think things to work and other should do that on ur part or others part is not done at all..this thought may not to come to other and even i dont expect that the same level of concpet or thinking the other one has, but gradually if i practice this and so does the other maybe the one with us tends to think about it and would contribute for the relationship in much better way for it to flourish ever and ever..

hmmm i hope am clear, but yeah i always do acknowldege what uve said and i believe it to be right and can think about the situation and trauma that goes who all suffer with such cases..it is absolute truth i dont deny it..but what iam trying to say here is my way of working upon for a realtionship is to make it work..i dont call it a marriage or divorce thing..i always look it in the perspective of  two people sharing their lives to eternity with no such things as working on a marriage or resolving issues through divorce..

Aishwarya, one word to sum up is temperament, and over time the mismatch becomes glaringly visible, it's nobody's fault but the legal system that is inconsistent with fundamental right to life and liberty, article 21, that it takes so long to get a divorce once you decide to end the marriage.. There are no solutions to temperament like you are suggesting..
