Civil Procedure Code defines under Order parties who can contest the Suits which include the Petitioner in person,Authorized Agents and Pleaders. The pleaders are the advocates who are registered under Advocate Act-1961 and contest and defend the petitioner on the behalf o the petitioners and defendants and can file the vakalatnama on the behalf of the parties contesting the suits
While who are the Authorized Agents .Are they the individuals who can contest and defend the parties with Poewr of Attorney signed by the parties to appear on their behalf
