Who is the senior most judge of a district court?

Respected members,

Kindly inform me who is the chief justice/senior most judge of a district court.  I am asking regarding whom should i complain regarding any problem in that respective court .

District and session judge is the head of the district court, while others are additional district and session judges and judicial magistrates.
