Wife's name change

Dear Law Experts,

My wife wants to change her first name and surname post our marriage. I would like to know what is the procedure to change her full name so that we can get our self registered.

Or should we get registered with her old name and then change her name.

Please help me out.

get your marriage registered . for registraion of marriage you need invitation card , certifcate of pandit , 2 witnesses . iafter registration of marriage use the said dcoument for making pan card , ration card and other documents in her married surname .
