Will

will is traced only after all immovable properties mentioned in the will are sold out. Can legal heir make a claim at this stage? 2. Property is allotted as per the will . But the will says that the part of the income from the property is to be spent for some purpose. Is it to be abided?

Will becomes enforce after testator dies. During his life time he has right to sell the willed properties. Only remaining portion can be claimed. U have to act as per testator wishes in will
