Members are not competent to give such opinions as employer considers the value of such employee, exigency of work, attitude and dedication of that employee to work etc.  if the employer wants to harass such employee, there are many ways in his disposal for legally valid way of terminating him with 3 months notice or framing a charge instead on this specific allegation of not working after office hours.  It may also differ from Public and private entities.
