I was working with the central government and then i got a job in state government Now i got retired. Regarding my past service rendered for pensionary benefits , i wrote a letter to my central government office by registered letter and later requested them in person. But no reply was sent to me. It is pending for more than a year. Finally I have sent a legal notice for which also there is no reply.
Now. my query is do i have a legal right to get a reply from the central government for the registered post sent by me and also do the central government has the legal duty to give a reply to the above letter
Or else , what is the legal remedy to get a reply from them other than RTI
