Wrong survey number and surrounding property land Lords name

Land document has written with different survey number and different surrounding land Lords name and one more instead of settlement document wrote as selling document. Now that document sold and owned from my main person to 3rd person What is the way to rectify wrong survey number and surrounding land Lords names Without main owner(very first owner of land)

Your query no clarifty. Whether the document is sale or settlement. And in which document are the Survey number and boundaries change? If in any slae document the survey number and boundaries changed, then it will be treated as Fresh Deed for stamp duty and fees purpose. Show your documents to a senior Document Writer or a senior lawyer having knowledge in property matters.
