Hi fellow Lawyers ,
I had booked a ride on ZoomCar app. However at the last minute they called me up and told me that the booking has been cancelled. On call they told me that , refund will be processed by 30 working days. It has passed that , I haven't received the refund yet. I want to go against them legally to get my money back. Need your suggestions. please help.
once the booking is cancelled they are bound to refund your amount. Since they failed to refund your amount issue legal notice
