Benefits under Section 23 (1A) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is Available to landlords

Held, in view of the law declared by in Paripoornan case, in the instant case, the right of the landlord to receive the benefit under section 23(1A) legally permissible. The High Court also bound to follow the same, especially when an application has been made by the Petitioner under Order 41 Rule 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
