At LawyersClubIndia.com, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality online courses and a satisfactory learning experience. To ensure our customers feel confident in their purchases, we have established the following refund policy:
Refund Eligibility

Recorded Courses:
- Customers are eligible for a full refund within 2 days (48 hours) of purchasing a recorded course.
- The refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Live Courses:

Customers can request a full refund after attending the 2nd live class of the course.
- The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours after the end of the 2nd live class.

This refund policy applies only to courses purchased on or after June 1, 2024. It is not retrospective.

Refund requests must be sent via email to our support team at support@lawyersclubindia.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and must include the course name, purchase date, and reason for the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the request.
Additional Options
- Course Adjustment: Instead of a refund, customers can choose to have the amount adjusted towards another course. Customers opting for this will receive a 10% discount on the new course's discounted price.
- Study Material Access: Access to study materials will be provided only after the customer elects to continue with the course.
- Certificates: No certificates will be issued during the refund consideration period.
Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
