7 High Court judges appointed

7 High Court judges appointed New Delhi, Apr 8 (UNI) President Pratibha Devisingh Patil appointed seven judges of the Delhi High Court today. They include five advocates V K Shali, Manmohan Singh, Rajiv Sahai Endlay, Jagjivan Ram Midha and Rajiv Shakdher. The other two are Additional District and Sessions judges of Delhi Sunil Gaur and M C Garg. They are likely to be sworn in as judges this week. This will raise the strength of the Delhi High Court judges to 40. Chief Justice M K Sharma has been appointed judge of the Supreme Court.
