Allahabad HC: DM, IG, DIG asked to be present in Advocate de

Allahabad High Court asked District Magistrate, DIG and IG to be present in Court on May 18 in the advocate death case in nursing home.

After going through the affidavits of officers and case diary of the cases filed against Dr A K Bansal, a bench comprising Justices Ravindra Singh and N A Moonis passed the order. The order was issued on a writ petition filed by Surendra Nath Mishra, brother of the deceased lawyer, who died in a private nursing home.

The Court would next hear this case on May 18.
