Appointment of Judges of Rajasthan High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Justice Kishan Swaroop Chaudhari, (2) Shri Justice Mahesh Chandra Bhagwati, and (3) Shri Justice Chand Mal Totla, Additional Judges of the Rajasthan High Court, to be Judges of the Rajasthan High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
