Appointment of Judges of Rajasthan High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Kailash Chandra Joshi, to be an Additional Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, from the date he assumes charge of his office upto May 14, 2010 and Shri Sajjan Singh Kothari, to be an Additional Judge of the Rajasthan High Court, for a period of two years, with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office, in that order of seniority.
