Islamic Bank Judgment Reserved

Is the Government sponsored Islamic Bank, against Secularism. Dr. Subramanian Swamy challenged the action of Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation to promote an Islamic Bank in the State and the Kerala High Court, today, after hearing the parties, reserved the Writ Petition for its final Judgment.
