Additional Judges of Madhya Pradesh & Gauhati High Court Appointed

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (1) Shri Giriraj Das Saxena, and (2) Shri Tarun Kumar Kaushal, to be Additional Judges of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices, and (1) Shri Justice Arun Chandra Upadhyay, and (ii) Shri Justice Chitta Ranjan Sarma, to be Additional Judges of the Gauhati High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two year with effect from 28th December, 2010.
