Demand of share of property by husband is not cruelty

The Supreme Court by its Judgment Dated: 4-8-2008 in between Baldev Singh Vs. State of Punjab, opined that the demand made by the husband to his wife to demand her share in the ancestral property will not amount to a dowry demand.
