ALL Odisha Lawyer's Association celebrates its 40th Annual conference

All Odisha Lawyer's Association is has celebrated its Annual  conference in BJB College ground, Bhubaneswar on 29th & 30th ,December,2011.Justice Ashok Kumar Ganguly , a sitting judge of hon'ble Supreme Court of India inaugurated the function and  highlighted on the role of lawyers in the contemporary times.Justice Ananga Kumr Patnaik, a sitting judge of  hon'ble Supreme Court of India who was Chief Guest of the function spoke on different  angles of the legal system. Justice Dr. Arijit Pasayat,Retired Judge of hon'ble Supreme Court of India graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour and and highlighted as to how lawyers can bring about social change. Amongst othersMr. Manas Ranjan Mohapatra, Advocate and Chairman of the Reception Committee, Mr. Dharanidhar Nayak,Advocate,President ,Odisha Lawyer's association, Mr. Gyana Ranjan Mohanty,Advocate were in the dias and deliberated on the importance of of the conference in uniting the lawyers of Odisha and providing a pltform to address common causes and ensure professional development.Mr. Hrudananda Routray, President , Bhubaneswar Bar association conducted the proceedings and Mr. Prasanta Kumar Sahu, Secretary, Bhubaneswar Bar Association gave the welcome address.  Later in the day a Symposium was conducted on the topic- Role of Lawyers in the Present legal system.
