Appointment of Judges in the Gujarat High Court

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Subodhkumar Gunvantlal Shah and, (ii) Shri Justice Satish Hemchandra Vora, and iii) Shri Justice Ghanshyam Raghumal Udhwani, Additional Judges of the Gujarat High Court, to be Judges of the Gujarat High Court with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Justice Rajendra Dhirajlal Kothari, to be an Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court, for a period of one year with effect from 12th November,2014.
