The Madras High Court has held that the government order (G.O.)issued nullifying all the co-operative elections conducted in 2008 as invalid for the reason that election once conducted cannot be quashed by adminstrative powers unless there is mass improper activities evident. SO the G.O. cancelling the entire elections were declared as invalid under law.
