SRD for APO stayed by Alld. H.C.

The Allahabad High Court stayed the special recruitment drive for SC and OBC candidates for the post of Assistant Prosecution Officers (APO) slated to be held on October 12. Passing this order, division bench, comprising Justice V M Sahai and Justice Pankaj Mittal, asked the state of UP and UP Public Service Commission to file reply in the case within four weeks. The Court has ordered to list the case after six weeks.
