i. To quarantine yourself, if arrived India a week ago?
Yes. People arriving India after 15/03/20, should mandatorily remain under strict home quarantine for at least a period of 14 days

ii. You can travel?
No, all the air, rail and roadways will remain suspended. However, transportation for essential goods and services will be made available.

Whether, 

i. To go for panic buying?
No! All the shops dealing with ration, food, groceries, fruits and vegetables, dairy, animal fodder etc. will remain functional, however, home delivery should be encouraged.

ii. You’ll be able to go to bank?
Yes, all the banks and ATMs will remain open. (Slide 2 ends here)

Whether,

i. You can go to your workplace?
WORK FROM HOME to be encouraged but one can go out if it comes under essential services which includes telecommunication, internet services, broadcasting and cable services.

ii. You can avail of deliveries?
Yes, you can get essential goods delivered through E-commerce, it includes food, medicines, medical equipment.

Whether, 

i. I have to file my IT?
You can file your GST and IT return after the 21 days lockdown as the government has extended the deadline for the same till June 30 and no late fee will be charged.

ii. You’ll be able to attend social gatherings?
No. All social, political, sports, entertainment, academic, cultural, religious functions, gatherings is barred without any exception.

What if, You don’t follow the guidelines?

You’ll be charged under provisions of Indian Penal Code and Disaster Management Act.
