Life imprisionment to underworld DON.

Underworld don Om Prakash Srivastava alias Babloo Srivastava along with two others was sentenced to life imprisonment in connection with the murder of Custom Assistant Commissioner L D Arora in 1993 in Allahabad. The district court and designated special TADA court convicted Babloo, Kamal Kishore Saini and Manjit Singh alias Mange Sardar and handed down life imprisonment to them with a fine of Rs 10,000 each. Kanpur district judge and the designated court of TADA Subhash Chandra pronounced the judgement in the presence of all the three convicts charging them under section 120(b), 302/304 of the IPC.
