Dwarka Court Bar Association : Committee appointed for fair election

A bench comprising Justices Badar Durezz Ahmed and Rajiv Shakdher appointed senior lawyers V P Singh, R P Lao and Raj Birbal to conduct free and fair elections of the Bar association of Dwarka. The High Court ruled that the elections will be conducted on November 14 and appointed Lawyer K K Sarin as the returning officer who, with the help of other lawyers, would conduct free and fair elections.
