  • The Commission in its notice said “Netflix should take extra precautions in respect of children and shall refrain themselves from getting into such things".
  • It has described this as a ‘serious issue’.
  • The Commission has taken cognizance in the matter under section 13(1) (j) of CPCR Act, 2005.
