In today’s world where freedom of speech and expression is a right considered as a tool for people’s voice likewise the right to privacy has also become quite important in one’s life.

Though during any investigation, recovery of data is needed which may even include private information but it has been rightly pointed out by the court that to retrieve any data, proper procedure needs to be followed and such data shouldn’t be disclosed to any 3rd person.
