Additional Judges of Madras High Court and Himachal Pradesh High Court appointed In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 224 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Thiruneelakantam Sudanthiram, (ii) Shri Saminathan Nagamuthu and (iii) Shri Shunmugavel Palanivelu to be Additional Judges of the Madras High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from 22.3.2009 and (i) Shri Kuldip Singh and (ii) Shri Rajeev Sharma to be Additional Judges of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, in that order of seniority, for a period of two years with effect from 3.4.2009.
