HC reprieve to ex-minister New Delhi, Apr 9 (UNI) The Delhi High Court has set aside a summon issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate to a former Delhi Minister Dr Narendra Nath. Hearing the petitioner Dr Narendra Nath, Justice Muralidhar Reddy ordered as quashed the judgement of Metropolitan Magistrate summoning him in a case of 2001
