Judges for Gauhati High Court -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 217 of the Constitution of India, the President is pleased to appoint (i) Shri Justice Utpalendu Bikas Saha, (ii) Shri Justice Ketulhou Meruno, (iii) Shri Justice Hrishikesh Roy, and (iv) Shri Justice Basu Deo Agarwal, Additional Judges, to be Judges of the Gauhati High Court, in that order of seniority, with effect from the dates they assume charge of their respective offices.
